Origin Capital Fund 2

As with Origin’s first Fund, Fund 2 was focused exclusively on the New Zealand kiwifruit sector. In July 2022, this Fund achieved its final close, raising NZD42m from 118 investors. As of February 2024, the Fund was 70% invested. 

Fund 2 has a current portfolio of four orchards in the Bay of Plenty. Yet to be fully deployed this fund has assets valued at NZD40m to date. This Fund is also a top 10 Zespri shareholder.
